my shoes are yellow.

As I sit down to write in the sound booth of the church we're at, I'm not too sure what to write. However, I know that we're half way there... OH. livin' on a prayer.. ( If you dont understand, It's and American song)

Today was quite fun after the pain of having to get myself out of my sleeping bag!
This morning Christine spoke, and gave the question again ''Do you know Jesus?'' and along with that tied in a message of desperation. Which, I must say was wonderful. -Hero prevails.
After the message and some hanging out we decided to go back to Hiliary's and Marueen's house for showers and some food! As soon as we got in the car, it started to rain and we we're thankful that we were safe from it!
I got to talk to my Mum for a bit and some of my sisters too, which is always just lovely. And when we got back to camp, I branched out and talked to a lot more people. So, I have been quite the social butterfly today! While frolicking through the wide open field that we're camping in the many yellow flowers have colored my shoes a shade of yellow, it's quite the sight to see. However, that wont keep me indoors.

Just now we finished the evening message. Christine, Clare and myself lead worship and then Clare spoke.
I am now listening to many side conversations as I overlook the church in said sound booth.
I believe God will continue to work mightily. But please, please be in prayer for open eyes, receptive hearts and a desire for Jesus amongst this/my generation.

I'll leave on a short note and just say that we're enjoying camping and that we love you.
We're setting the church chairs back up for the church service tomorrow morning, so I have to go!
But be blessed, much love.
-Alyssa
